Drinking tea is better than drinking water?

I am always wondering which is better: water, or tea? Not sure if this is the answer:

Drinking Tea Is Better For Health Than Plain Water

  1. Hey yunyi, Hows you? I am glad to hear you will be enjoying the natural light of the sun this summer. Interesting...I read that consuming caffine along with being active could help prevent cancer including skin cancer..I regret my non natural light addiction of sunbeds of which about 5 yrs ago I used last but this summer I will be getting plenty of lycopene from tomatoes and will try drinking more white tea. I wonder what your thoughts are on sun screens.. the physical ones like Zinc oxide mixed with natural oils - are they a help or should we let our skin brethe and allow it to interact with the fully just not for long periods of time?

  2. Hi claza,
I am not very experience on exposing to sun... I know nothing about sun cream (or sun screen?). I guess we do need some cream to protect skin. I remember when I was little once I got sunburn, it was not fun.
Thanks for the tips for drinking coffee. When my physical situation is too bad, I could not drink coffee at all, but I do believe a little coffee everyday is good. It makes me happy:-)
